LETTER OF RETIREMENT

Dear Patients,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the trust and confidence in permitting me to take care of you through the past 12 years. It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement from full time practice at Boerne Ob/Gyn at the end of this year. Caring for you has been the most rewarding part of my 35-year career and am honored to have been a part of so many lives here in the Texas Hill Country. 

While I will continue to see patients through December 31st  2021, I am excited to announce that Jenna Banner, M.D., FACOG and Katie Camplen, CNM, WHNP-BC will be joining Boerne Ob/Gyn and will take over future appointments. Both are extremely well qualified and I am confident they will take excellent care of you and your family. Please accept my invitation to make an appointment to meet and get to know them. 

Your medical records will remain secure with Boerne Ob/Gyn and you do not need to take any action if you remain a patient. If you choose to transfer care to a different provider, please know that you will have until Dec. 31st to request your medical records and you may contact our office (830) 816-5222 to request a release of records form.

I want to specifically thank my staff for their years of commitment to our practice and patients. Both Anissa and Angelica will be both available to you in our transition and beyond so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you again for your loyalty and confidence.
